To alleviate the stress of decision making Delectable & Delicious offers the all-inclusive buffet.
Your
guests will be welcomed to a wonderful stationary table laden with hors d’ oeuvre
and non-alcohol punch.
Your selection consists of deli rolls, ham & cheese pate, Mediterranean
dips,
warm crab spread or broccoli & cheese dip with crackers for dipping,
and herbed cheese
toast points with port jelly & jalapeno jelly.
Rental items include glassware, cutlery, china, cloth napkins, tablecloths
(guest tables)
as well as staffing.
Cold Station
Greens, Cheese & Bread Station
Four salads (see buffet
Column A) an antipasto platter, Canadian cheese board
and a mixture of fresh
breads & rolls
Hot Buffet Station
Carved Rib of Beef with Hunter Sauce, Marinated
Boneless Breast, BBQ’d
or with your choice of sauce, Seasoned Oven Roasted Potatoes, Cheese filled Tortellini
with Sundried Tomato Butter or Cream Sauce or Rice Pilaf, and your choice of
two vegetable selections or a medley.
Dessert Station
A display of fresh fruit cocktail, assorted
cakes, torts, flans, cookies, squares,
cannoli, éclairs, coffee & tea
Late Night
Late night set up includes staff, coffee & tea,
china, buffet display of pickles, cheeses, assorted cold cut platters, buns,
and condiments. This is a perfect time to serve the wedding cake.
