Stations are a delightful way to add flair and fun
to your event. Food Stations can be grouped together for a full meal or added
to a buffet or cocktail reception.
Prices are calculated depending on the application. (added to cocktail
reception, substituted for buffet items etc). Pricing includes server/prep chef,
china, cutlery (where required) and napkin.

Melt in
your mouth Creole Marinated Ham, Pepper encrusted Pork Loin and Tender Rib Roast
are carved by our chef.
Guests choose toppings such as sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions,
gourmet mustards, herbed mayo, au jus, and horseradish. Served with an assortment
of breads, mini Yorkshires, sour dough buns etc.
A
selection of Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, flambéed and seasoned with
an assortment of fresh herbs. Add a red wine sauce or pernod cream sauce and
Voila…a gastronomical delight.
A
breathtaking arrangement of shrimps, crab legs, smoked oysters & mussels,
poached scallops, smoked salmon & trout. Choose from a multitude of dipping
sauces. Baskets of pumpernickel and crostini compliment the display.
For
the seafood lover, the aroma of fresh scallops, shrimps, mussels, clams and white
fish, simmering in our delicious secret broth, is heaven on earth.
The stock is thickened with cubed potato, celery, and carrots and ladled
over shaved cheese for a mouthwatering feast. Served up with warm Baguettes.
Add
a fun and flair with guests creating their own Fajitas. Warm soft tortilla shells
are prepared to their personal choice. Fillings such as grilled beef & chicken
strips, shredded cheeses, mushrooms, peppers, sweet onions, refried beans, chopped
lettuce, rice, and tomatoes are offered. Garnish with spicy salsa, guacamole
and sour cream.

Latkes,
those wonderful little potato pancakes. Add your favorite topping, herbed cream
cheese, spicy sour cream, or the standard applesauce.

cooked pasta prepared to your specifications. Sundried Tomato Pesto Butter, Roasted
Garlic Basil Pesto, Bolognese or Roasted Red Pepper Sauce tossed with julienne
vegetables and shaved Parmesan.
Crepes
prepared for appetizer or dessert. Sautéed chicken strips with
grilled vegetables garnished with a tarragon cream sauce or Chicken, broccoli,
shredded cheddar & red onion, garnished with garlic and pepper sauce.
